Rewards for Savings

Hey YouthSavers, lets play the "SAVE IT" game! As a YouthSaver, we track your savings progress each quarter. There are four savings levels. When you reach a certain level, we will mail you a postcard letting you know your savings level. Bring your postcard into any Member Center to redeem your savings reward. How you qualify for a reward: You must maintain a minimum amount of savings in your account for at least one quarter of the year. A quarter is equal to 3 months and are as follows:
So, for example: If you open an account on February 27th, we will begin tracking your progress on April 1st.
To reach Level I - you must maintain an average balance of $50 in your account for the entire quarter. Then you may choose a reward from Level I.
To reach Level II - you must maintain at least an average balance of $100 in your account for one full quarter. Then you can then choose a reward from Level II or Level I. To reach Level III - you must maintain at least an average balance of $250 in your account for one full quarter. Then you can then choose a reward from Level III, Level II, or Level I. To reach Level IV - you must maintain an average balance of $500 or more in your account for one full quarter. Then you can choose a reward from Level IV or any of the other Levels. Current Annual Percentage Yield on a regular share account is 0.51% as of April 10, 2009. Reward will be offered once you have met the average savings criteria for each level for a full three months. Minimum balance requirement to earn the reward is $5. You must provide Member Center Representative the postcard you received in order to collect reward. |
