HOW TO JOIN. Stop by any Member Center, call us at 804.748.9488 or 1.800.94.DFFCU or join by mail. To join by Mail:  Please completely fill out and sign the Membership Application.   Because you are joining by mail, you must get the Membership Application notarized. Mail your Membership Application along with a minimum of $5.00 check or money order to:        DFFCU ATTN: Member Services P.O. Box 72 Chesterfield, VA  23832-0001 You will receive a confirmation by mail within a few days.
